“General manager Brian Burke could be making some wiggle room in his payroll for Monday’s trade deadline, as the Toronto Maple Leafs placed forwards Jay Rosehill and Darryl Boyce on waivers Friday.
The move could give the Leafs the roster and salary cap flexibility to make additions to a lineup that is currently ninth in the Eastern Conference standings.”
